We’ve been using Prissync for our store with 17k products and it has been a really great way for us to gain a competitive edge in terms of dynamic price adjustments. Instead of manually checking competitor websites, we get everything in one place with automatic price updates and useful notifications when something changes. The app and dashboard is great and the friendly team has helped us with all of the onboarding and setup which has been very helpful to us! Recommended!

I’ve only been using the app for a short time, so I don’t yet have a definitive opinion on its overall performance. However, I would like to highlight the excellent customer support I received throughout the entire evaluation process. The extended trial period is a real advantage, as it allows you to make informed decisions. It also stands out compared to other apps thanks to the ability to import a large number of products and to access all features already during the trial phase. A special thank you to Sanda for her professionalism, expertise, and availability — her support made the onboarding process much smoother.

As a small business owner, time is one of the most valuable things I have. I don’t have hours every day to manually search competitor prices or check where my products are landing on Google Shopping, so having a tool that handles that automatically has been a huge help! Prisync has been surprisingly easy to use. The dashboard is clean, the data updates quickly, and it makes it simple to see how your pricing compares across other retailers. That visibility alone saves me a lot of guesswork when deciding how to price certain products or who to contact for violating MAP. I also appreciate how responsive their team has been whenever I’ve had questions about setup or figuring out the right configuration for my store. They were quick to respond and genuinely helpful, which you don’t always see with apps. Overall it’s been a really useful tool for staying competitive and compliant without adding more manual work to my day. Definitely worth trying if you run an online store and want better visibility into pricing across the market.

This App is really good. You can compare prices, set specific rules and everything applies instantly - also the price changes. Not to mention the great support we got, thumbs up for that!

Great customer service. I moved from pricefy as I never received support from them to set up the app. so far is working very well and the support is outstanding, they help me and keep on eye on my account until I set up my price rules and products. 100% recommendable.

I cannot say enough good things about Prisync and their team. So responsive, so willing to help and have and solve every problem or question. I definitely was not the biggest fan to start, and once I took about a day to learn the process it was AWESOME. I do wish the instant price alerts were not in the highest tier.
