I had an issue with the billing, especially with charges continuing after the WhatsApp messaging stopped working. The Updattr team contacted me directly and processed a refund to resolve the issue. I appreciate them taking the initiative and addressing my concern.

To clarify gently: app charges on Shopify are handled by Shopify's billing system and continue as long as the app stays installed and subscription is active on the store — we don't have the ability to charge a merchant outside of that. It looks like the subscription remained active even though the app wasn't being used, and we should have caught that and reached out to you. That's on us. We'd like to make it right. Please write to us at [email protected] and we'll review your billing history and process a refund for the unused period wherever we can. We'd also love to understand the issue with confirmation messages not going out — if something was misconfigured, we want to fix it. Sorry again for the trouble.
