I have tried this Updatrr app for a month, and my experience is not so good. Almost 85% of the WhatsApp messages were not delivered, so for me. It's a total waste of money and time.

The team helps you on every step personally, gets on call and guide you through each setup part. This is helping my business grow. Highly suggested for new startups and existing businesses as well. The app is amazing to use. I do not call every customer and confirm the order. It is highly customizable. The service from the team has been on point. They are also having new features rolling out timely which makes it great product to use.

I initially faced difficulties with the app, especially with template syncing to Meta and a delay in support response. However, I am pleased to share that my concerns were addressed promptly after reaching out again. Mr. Sumit from the support team provided exceptional assistance and resolved all my issues efficiently. I am now 100% satisfied with the experience and appreciate the dedicated support! And the app and its features are so great, and that too at such a cost effective monthly subscription. I would recommend this app, for everyone selling on shopify.

This is hands down one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had with an app. The layout is clean, modern, and perfectly thought-out — no unnecessary clutter or complicated features. You can tell a lot of care went into making it user-friendly. Even more impressive was the support team. Sumit Arora promptly addressed my issue and made me feel like a priority, not just another user in the queue. Great product backed by outstanding service — what more could you ask for? Strongly recommend giving it a try!
