Process Wholesale: B2B Pricing

NOT HAPPY WITH NOT HAVING A BLANK FOR CUSTOMERS TO FILL OUT THEIR ENTIRE ADDRESS. THEY ONLY HAVE ONE BLANK AND ARE NOT LEAVING THEIR COMPLETE ADDRESS, IE. CITY, STATE AND ZIPCODE.

This was a missing piece for my B2B publishing business and works very well. Not just excellent product but also extremely attentive support. I'll be continuing my subscription.

Very easy to setup, super intuitive, and great customer service. Julian was so helpful and worked with us to make the theme look great for the app pages. We love the simplicity, especially the tax settings, tags, and ability to easily track wholesale customers.

Installed app, wholesale registration form submit button wasn't working at all. While waiting for them to fix this, I realized I wasn't getting any orders at all whatsoever for two days. Checked the site, my shipping options weren't displaying. On top of this, it was giving the wholesale discount to retail customers. Uninstalled app and everything was fixed. Lost two days worth of income, don't use this app.

We chose Process Wholesale for CorrosionX.com because we needed an easy-to-use solution that could be implemented without significant modification / customization to our Shopify theme and would allow our wholesale customers to purchase at different discount levels based on their purchase volumes. The only issue was some alignment issues and the way the the App affected some alignment issues on our theme headers and footers. A quick note to the developers, and they fixed everything overnight. A VERY good value for this App.

I came to Jake and the team with a tall order. Our existing wholesale product was getting phased out and fast, and needed to get up and running. Issue, I'm not a programmer and while the videos are A1, for me it was a different language. I asked Jake if they had a paid configuration service and instead they quickly and efficiently got me up and running. There was an issue with how things were being displayed and again the team went in and fixed the CSS on the theme causing it. Very early into my use of the app, but the support I received and what I'm seeing from the order form and setting up products I am confident this will meet my needs. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a wholesale solution with their shopify instance.

Honestly, customer support could not have been better. Julian was incredibly helpful. I appreciate everything he did to try to make this work for me. Unfortunately, in the end, the discounts just wouldn't work right. No matter what I did, one discount would work, but when products with a different discount were added to the cart, they either showed no discount, or the wrong one. I spent countless hours on this, and I feel like it's something I did, but not being a programmer, I just couldn't figure it out. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to offer wholesale on my site, but today's just not it. I wholeheartedly encourage others to try this app though. Chances are, you'll be able to get it to work.

Easy enough for people who just started to add the wholesale part to their website. And a quick reponse will help you a lot. They also help me to make some special changes on my website and the apps works even better now. Great thanks for all of them!

I have amended this review accordingly after using the app now for a while and it is great. Simple to use and set up for me, which means easy to use for my customers. Support although not Live support do respond and are helpful but the videos on the set up are actually pretty spot on even for a dinosaur like me to follow. This app is definitely a "keeper".

Nice app that is simple and does what it is meant for. Not the best compatibility with mobile devises, but since most stores uses computers that is no big issue. Excited to see all new features to come!

Excellent customer service. We are in the process of upgrading a very outdated theme and had a lot of detailed questions right out of the box. Jake not only responded immediately but took the time to address each bullet point specifically and in detail and additionally made suggestions outside of just what applied to his app. We really appreciated this level of attention and care. I was charged $34.99 and I never used the app. They promised a refund, but I never received it.
