Honestly, customer support could not have been better. Julian was incredibly helpful. I appreciate everything he did to try to make this work for me. Unfortunately, in the end, the discounts just wouldn't work right. No matter what I did, one discount would work, but when products with a different discount were added to the cart, they either showed no discount, or the wrong one. I spent countless hours on this, and I feel like it's something I did, but not being a programmer, I just couldn't figure it out. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to offer wholesale on my site, but today's just not it. I wholeheartedly encourage others to try this app though. Chances are, you'll be able to get it to work.

We responded to this users question with 2 replies within 2 hours. A simple clearing of the browser cookies was required to fix the issue they were having. This review is inaccurate the app is not abandoned.

Easy enough for people who just started to add the wholesale part to their website. And a quick reponse will help you a lot. They also help me to make some special changes on my website and the apps works even better now. Great thanks for all of them!

I have amended this review accordingly after using the app now for a while and it is great. Simple to use and set up for me, which means easy to use for my customers. Support although not Live support do respond and are helpful but the videos on the set up are actually pretty spot on even for a dinosaur like me to follow. This app is definitely a "keeper".

Nice app that is simple and does what it is meant for. Not the best compatibility with mobile devises, but since most stores uses computers that is no big issue. Excited to see all new features to come!

Excellent customer service. We are in the process of upgrading a very outdated theme and had a lot of detailed questions right out of the box. Jake not only responded immediately but took the time to address each bullet point specifically and in detail and additionally made suggestions outside of just what applied to his app. We really appreciated this level of attention and care. We will now be looking to see what else he has to offer that may benefit our new site design and focus. Thx Jake!

By far the best wholesale app I've ever used. Getting started was super easy, and it was video guided. Highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to make the process of wholesale pricing so much more easier.

This is my first experience configuring a B2B Wholesale function in Shopify, and folks this app works very well indeed. The developers guided everything, and even set it up and gave excellent examples, and helped me along the way with excellence. For a business model like ours that includes direct-to-customer retail and wholesale and distributors, this integrated the two very well.

This app provides everything that I need to get started into wholesale. It adds a application section and a wholesale tier pricing section on the website that is customizable and works great for my needs. I highly recommend them and their team is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. They are willing to fix any issue as soon as possible to make sure everything works great.

I want to talk about the customer service - WOW!! I had a little difficulty setting up the app at first. I emailed them and had a response within minutes! Jake and his team handled everything, fixed the backend and even made some improvements along the way. He never left me stranded. Every email was answered within minutes and he not only fixed the issues but explained everything and offered suggestions. The app is perfect for what we needed! We had been running into apps that were too expensive and did too much. Then there were apps that didn't do enough. This app is the PERFECT app for a simple wholesale solution without all the additional headache that you don't need. It's user friendly, simple to setup and use on the backend. The feedback from the user experience on our website has been very positive. It works well on desktop and mobile devices. I'm very excited for a few updates they have coming out!! I'm definitely a fan.

I have been very pleased with my experience with this app so far. The instructions were easy to follow - you just have to copy + paste some code into different areas. Initially there were a few parts that did not work as I expected, but when I contacted the team, they were able to help me adjust the settings to my needs.

the customer service/support is above and beyond. I want a particular feature - sent a request and within a matter of days the team had actioned this for me and sent me a really easy-to-follow video to install the new features. 100% recommend!
