Process Wholesale: B2B Pricing

Honestly, customer support could not have been better. Julian was incredibly helpful. I appreciate everything he did to try to make this work for me. Unfortunately, in the end, the discounts just wouldn't work right. No matter what I did, one discount would work, but when products with a different discount were added to the cart, they either showed no discount, or the wrong one. I spent countless hours on this, and I feel like it's something I did, but not being a programmer, I just couldn't figure it out. Maybe one of these days I'll be able to offer wholesale on my site, but today's just not it. I wholeheartedly encourage others to try this app though. Chances are, you'll be able to get it to work.

Easy enough for people who just started to add the wholesale part to their website. And a quick reponse will help you a lot. They also help me to make some special changes on my website and the apps works even better now. Great thanks for all of them!

I have amended this review accordingly after using the app now for a while and it is great. Simple to use and set up for me, which means easy to use for my customers. Support although not Live support do respond and are helpful but the videos on the set up are actually pretty spot on even for a dinosaur like me to follow. This app is definitely a "keeper".

Nice app that is simple and does what it is meant for. Not the best compatibility with mobile devises, but since most stores uses computers that is no big issue. Excited to see all new features to come!

I want to talk about the customer service - WOW!! I had a little difficulty setting up the app at first. I emailed them and had a response within minutes! Jake and his team handled everything, fixed the backend and even made some improvements along the way. He never left me stranded. I have been very pleased with my experience with this app so far. The instructions were easy to follow - you just have to copy + paste some code into different areas. Initially there were a few parts that did not work as I expected, but when I contacted the team, they were able to help me adjust the settings to my needs.
