Recommends the wrong products and sometimes does not apply the promised discount in cart. Took several contacts for the developer to look into and actually test/see the problem we were having, finally acknowledged the glitch after weeks of back and forth. Lost of wasted time and frustrated customers.
Sorry for disappointing you. Your first email to us was March 22, Friday. We replied to you on Monday. As we have explained to you earlier, when you switch product variants on a product page, the Popup add-on shows the initial recommendation and can't technically be updated without refreshing the page. We offered you alternatives like using on-page addons, or coding a page-refresh on each variant switch to refresh the Addons. I also offered you a refund, but you decided to write this review without further dialogue.

I am very happy with the Upsell Product Add-Ons app. I love that there are analytics so you can see exactly how many products and revenue has been generated by people using the Upsell App. The support staff was very helpful when I requested some changes with how things were displaying. I've been using this app for over a year now and can truly say that I would recommend it.

The app works great for my company. It is crucial for it. The support team has been amazing. There was a little bug with my theme and they were kind enough to fix it so it didn’t affect the app. Thank you! Overall, the app adapts perfectly to my theme and support is 5 stars and responsive!
