I installed the app, which worked fine, but the app produced several errors and did not work, which I forwarded to the developers with screenshots. I deleted the app and gave it a bad rating because I didn't receive a response from support even after 5 days - that's not right! I've always had the experience that you have to adjust apps and contact support, which has always worked so far - but no response at all is not okay.
Hi, Customer support never received any emails on your behalf. There was never any contact with the merchant to fix any of the mentioned issues.
