I initially gave a 2-star rating due to an issue in the Frequently Bought Together (FBT) section — videos or GIFs would autoplay on hover or light touch, especially on mobile, interfering with the "Add to Cart" button and disrupting the user experience. Simple integration. Had an issue where it wasn't working on endless scroll pages. Within hours at 3am they had it fixed!
