Horrible customer support attitude! Overall app is good, but if you want to show multiple labels you can't there is no option to align them.

You are correct in your observation: currently, if you have multiple labels (e.g., A, B, C) and a product only has labels B and C, our app does not automatically align B and C to fill the space where label A would have been.
