While searching for an efficient app for labels and badges, I was lucky enough to come across this app. It works very intuitively, is easy to set up, and offers countless customization options. Since I needed a few custom adjustments and help fixing a small bug with my theme, I contacted support. And lo and behold: quick responses, the right solutions, and professional communication. I've contacted the support to set up a badge on my product's page and this was the fourth app I've tried without getting any good results. (I could not have imagined it was so difficult to get a the correct badge on your store...) I've had a great experience with Phoebe, not only she helped me to solve the problem but she did it very fast. I'm very happy with the app and with the customer service. I have used quite a few badge apps and can see that they all have some issues with the display. As guessed, this app is the same. However, their strong point is their very enthusiastic support team, who make efforts to solve issues for me, so I chose to stay and experience more. After using it for a while, I found some useful features for my store in the paid packages. And surprisingly, the support team did not hesitate to give me a discount code for up to 3 months. Nearly $10 a month is very cheap for a tool that supports improving CRO and such service support.

I've tried a lot of label apps over the last 12 months and always give up as I can't get them to work well enough, even with tech support going in, they just don't end up looking right. But this one is different. Not only could I get them to work and the functionality and usability was great, when one thing wasn't showing correctly, the tech team (particularly Phoebe ) went out of their way to make it look right for me and help me out. Highly recommend.
