While searching for an efficient app for labels and badges, I was lucky enough to come across this app. It works very intuitively, is easy to set up, and offers countless customization options. Since I needed a few custom adjustments and help fixing a small bug with my theme, I contacted support. And lo and behold: quick responses, the right solutions, and professional communication. Phobe has made my Shopify life a lot easier. Thank you!

Horrible customer support attitude! Overall app is good, but if you want to show multiple labels you can't there is no option to align them.

First and foremost, we extend our sincerest apologies for the unprofessional manner in which our support representative responded to your inquiry. Their comments were completely unacceptable and in no way reflect the high standards of customer service and empathy we strive for at Fordeer. Please be assured that we are taking this matter very seriously; we have already addressed it directly with the individual involved and are implementing immediate retraining across our team to ensure all future communication is consistently respectful, helpful, and empathetic. Secondly, we appreciate you highlighting your concerns regarding the "align multiple label campaigns" feature on our Advanced plan. You are correct in your observation: currently, if you have multiple labels (e.g., A, B, C) and a product only has labels B and C, our app does not automatically align B and C to fill the space where label A would have been. We understand this desired functionality and want to thank you for this valuable idea. We have taken note of your suggestion and will forward it to our development team for future consideration and potential development.
