easy to handle and fast customer support service.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Equally important though is the customer service. Bryan was super helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know to get the most of my first bundle. Thanks a lot
We specifically wanted a bulk discount for the same color of a product, but this app only allows customers to select multiple variants. There’s no option for a single bulk discount on one variant. To achieve this, you’re forced to either create a separate product for each color or set up individual bundles with a single variant option. It’s frustrating and unnecessarily complicated for something that should be a basic feature.
Overall not bad but there are lot of glitches on support chat. not able to connect or talk to anyone through chat.

That's really weird, our support works working hours and working days, always online via LiveChat (for anyone) and Email, we take support very seriously and as you can see in the reviews our support is praised for its efficiency. Something got wrong in the line of contact that this happened, maybe some temporary outrage on the chat we use / email or something else, I will ask Bryan from the support to contact you and try to solve your issue, but I emphasize that this type of complaint is super rare, we take support very seriously. Easy to install and use, people love bundles and it's great to be able to offer them with no fuss.
Great app and INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got connected with Bryan M after I noticed I couldnt see my cart page or buy bottons - turns out it wasnt an App issue, but Bryan went above and beyond and fixed some of the issues with my theme CSS as well as supporting me every step of the way through setting up the best Bundle for my Shopify store. I was able to get my bundles up and live on our store in a couple of hours. 10/10 experience, highly recommend! Also the bundling options are great, design is cute, makes my store look 10x more professional. Thanks so much!

So far loving the app, it's really easy to follow and create bundles to convert from your store!
The app seems to work fine and serve the purpose. However, beware of the pricing for this app. Their free plan is with limited functionality, and if you subscribe a paid plan even for testing of few hours, you get charged.
Hello! Our plans are not tricky, is explicitly said that up to 1 bundle is free, you are charged just if you want to create more bundles, there are the confirmation page from Shopify that specifies every detail about the charge and it must be accepted and confirmed in order to be charged. But if you feel you make a mistake by accepting please contact our support, we can fully refund you without any problems. - Marcelo from Revy Apps.
works well, but the fact that the cxutsomer has to go through a BNundle builder instead of just adding products to the cart is an extra non necessary step and unfortunately not a process we are willing to implement.
