still charges after its been removed from store
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To clarify, billing and subscription charges are fully managed by Shopify and are not controlled directly by our application. We also attempted to contact you multiple times to investigate and help resolve the issue, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. Excellent customer support over live chat and email. The team talked me through set up and when there was an issue, they resolved this and followed up within a few hours. The app gives me exactly the flexibility required for customised products. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend.

Great support and very responsive team. I reported an issue by email the evening before, and the very next morning the team had already released an update that fixed the problem. Communication was clear, fast, and efficient. The app now works perfectly on our live storefront with subscriptions. Highly recommended.
