Reached out to the dev team to update a feature on the cart and they were very prompt and helpful. Resolved quickly. Deleting a paid add-on on the cart will now remove the personalized field details from the product (it used to leave it on the product, which led to confusion during fulfillment). Great service. This is a very useful app for us.

This app is fantastic. The help function is the best I've used. You chat with an actual person who is so good at explaining how to get what you want from the app. There is so much more to this app than I realised when I bought it.

app stopped working , no response from developers , we can't take any orders until it is fixed Very disapointed My review stands, their idea of a short amount of time was 3 days of no communication and no fix. Now offering free use to change my review, I belive the review is relevant they need to have better communicaion, and should have fixed the issue faster if it was an easy fix. We ahve switched apps and will not go back to this one.
