Cannot say enough great things about this app. Yoav is the mastermind behind this and he's exceptionally talented at what he does. He genuinely cares about helping people and it shows through all the features that he adds to the app to make it continuously evolve to greatness. He actively listens to customers' feedback and he's a true gem to all ecommerce businesses. Thank you for all that you do! A++++++++++

Unfortunately, my experience with the Yodel app has been extremely disappointing. The app has major flaws and software errors, which forced me to re-upload all my products and manually adjust them — even though Yodel promised a solution. After three days, there has been no response at all, and communication has gone completely silent. On top of that, they promised to extend my trial period, but that still hasn’t been implemented. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, I cannot recommend Yodel at all.

I’ve been using Yodel for almost two years and it has consistently been an incredibly helpful tool for managing my large product catalog of over 5,000 items. Recently, I experienced a few unexpected issues after a major system update, which temporarily affected my product data and subscription. I reached out to support, and I want to highlight Yoav’s outstanding assistance. He responded quickly, thoroughly investigated the situation, and ensured everything was restored—my product information is accurate again, and my subscription is back on track. I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the Yodel team. Challenges can happen with any platform, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Thanks to their swift and transparent support, I feel confident continuing to work with them and highly value the service they provide.

Great App , saved me hours of manually writing product descriptions , or generating descriptions and chatgpt and then having to edit in the backend of my store. I love the fact that after generating descriptions it automatically replaces them . And after providing a bit of brand info descriptions are perfect. Would definitely recommend , i only wish there was more usage for the free tier.

Changing my review after using it for a week. Yes, it generates the description very easily, but it doesn't follow the instructions, like when we want something in bold or capital letters. It only does whatever is in its database. It also doesn't change fonts as per our need. If something needs to be fixed by developers, they should really intervene in it.

Yodel is a great app, it allows you to create highly customized and precise product descriptions easily once you have tweaked the AI instructions to your liking. Customer support is very dedicated in ensuring that you succeed as a merchant. I can not recommend them enough.

I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service that I have received from Yodel! They immediately jumped on board to help me with my product descriptions and I highly recommend them to any e commerce Shopify store owner who may need their services. They will be glad they did! I have been so excited to finally reach this stage where I can launch my beautiful store! I was concerned that I may not be ready for launch....however thanks to Yodel I am ready to show off my store to the world! by the way Yodel... App just won't work constant errors. They keep saying the will fix but fed up of waiting after weeks. Update: Owner got in contact and was extremely nice at helping sort the issues. Finally managed to use it and works extremely well. Thank you.

Yodel by far has been the best app for me. We've used it across multiple stores, this being our 2nd time. We have a massive catalog and (don't be like us lol) we've reached the point where we just click and go because it hasn't ever let us down. We use this app mainly to rewrite our initial titles, descriptions, etc. to be more engaging and it hasn't failed us yet. It's a massive time saver, and our stores would be lesser without it. If we could give it 10 stars we would!
