Couldn't have asked for better customer support. The Dev team take care of anything I couldn't pretty quickly. The support was always available to answer my questions and work with me to make sure the instructions were understood.

Extremely user-friendly! I LOVE that I can create custom tabs for all of my collections, specific collections OR individual products! You can add HTML, images, you name it! Adjusting the look and feel is incredibly easy. It integrates perfectly with Loox AND the support team is AMAZING! The response time is SUPER quick and they were able to help me adjust a feature in NO TIME — literally in minutes. Easy Tabs is seriously worth every penny!

I have been using this app for a couple of years now. I recently needed to reach out to customer support as I updated my theme and my tabs were not showing. They responded promptly and gave me instructions on a quick activation button on my App dashboard.

08.04.20 Update: Must add this to our original review below: The support is also amazing. We needed to modify some aspects of the app to our needs. It took a number of messages back and forth and they always responded within minutes to us. The modifications we requested were done in a couple of hours. Amazing service, amazing people. Thanks !!! Original Review: Amazingly professional looking results, very easy to use, easily customizable to probably more than you would ever need, service level that responds to you in mins even on sundays. One of the best and most useful apps we have used in the last 3 years. Give it a try, you wont regret..

Nice app. Very simple. I did have a problem with the way it worked with my theme. Basically it changed all the photos and messed with the layout. They were very responsive, but I did end up going to another app. I think they will work thru the bugs and make it better. Thanks Easy

pretty good no complaints. Had a problem with it displaying improperly with some HTML I placed but with a couple emails to support they got right on it and figured out my error. The static tabs functionality is key. Theres a shopify tutorial on how to do this yourself but with more complicated themes honestly pay the $5/mo. Good deal
