The NexusMedia Support team has been fantastic to work with! They first helped us update the description in our shipping tab straight away, then quickly fixed the heading issue in the description tab on our product pages. An elegant solution to the problem of long descriptions. We had a question during install and they responded within minutes! Then after installation, we played with the settings and it's very nice. Really nice product. But wait, there's more... We were always unhappy with the text size in our descriptions but had never done anything about it. This app has the ability to vary the size of the text on the tab headings, and that's very helpful since the tabs are sitting atop a fairly narrow column, so having 4-5 tabs in that width requires careful word choices and getting the font size where you need it. But we were wondering if there was a way to vary the size of the text in the text fields also. We asked about this in a support ticket, along with a couple of other requests that we really kind of thought might be asking for more than should be expected, and their team (NexusMedia Team) took care of all three. And I mean within half a day, boom. It looks super nice, we are thrilled that what had bugged us for quite a while is now just taken care of. Thumbs up!

After searching and trying several app to add Tabs to my store, this product came through as the best. The main feature is to add the Description Tab to all products and then there is a Shared Tabs feature that lets you add more tabs by collection. Brilliant!

The app is super good and does what it's supposed to do. But what really stands out is their customer service!!! Even on a Sunday they helped me and changed the design directly in my shop. AMAZING!
