I emailed their support because I wanted a feature added to EasyTabs on my website. I hopped in the car for a quick 15 minute drive and they had already asked to confirm what I needed. By the time I had arrived, I had another email saying the feature was complete - and it looked exactly how I wanted.

Simple and effective! Just what we was looking for and needed :D the price seems fair for what you get, I have not needed customer support so can not say on that but sure any issues would be resolved.

I emailed Nexus about a change I wanted to make to easy tabs app and they had it sorted within 30min . Quick and easy and it was exactly what I asked for. Great communication with a follow up email with screenshots and confirmation I was happy.

A breeze to set up, especially when using a Shopify store theme. The support team is outstanding and will even help install this app if you have a 3rd party theme that doesn't integrate well.

Ok so for the EasyTabs app itself, it is great of course. It is easy to use, looks awesome, and is a fantastic addition to our product pages. But what makes this App the best is the team behind it. The team at NexusMedia are incredible. Not only do they go above and beyond for customer service, but they are all super talented in what they do. Here's my example why: I emailed their support because I wanted a feature added to EasyTabs on my website. I hopped in the car for a quick 15 minute drive and they had already asked to confirm what I needed. By the time I had arrived, I had another email saying the feature was complete - and it looked exactly how I wanted. All that for the cost of the app? I challenge you to find better.

Great Support: fast and effective. The app is really useful and easy to use. We are actually translating the app and they helped us with some items. I recommend this app.
