The app is very unstable, lots of loading issues. Basic features like creating rules, including and excluding products from feed requires a pro feature, which is must to run ads. Meta and Google are way more ahead in terms of tech and UX and do not charge for any app features. The basic reuirment for running any ad is to get real time feed which is a pro feature in this app. Also it seems there is no documentation or support to integrate pixels with third party checkout apps like SR or Shopflo.
We’re sorry you experienced some issues. Automatic feed updates and product rules are paid features because they require ongoing catalog processing, while manual syncing remains free. Five stars all around! I had our OpenAI ads manager set up with this app in no time, and the first ads running just hours after OpenAI ads launched in Austria. Quick heads-up: The first products take a little while to be approved by OpenAI. This is no issue by the app.

YES! This app is amazing! It worked first shot, no mapping, no frustration. The filters/rules work great and give you full control. I used to use Product Sync Master but it's way over priced for the plans it offers and it took me many hours over 2 days to fully map out the connection correctly. Plus they don't output the file in the correct format so you can't really connect directly like this app does, you have to download and convert every time and yes it's slow. This is a vast improvement over any other app in the marketplace. The only improvement it needs is the chance to use multiple feeds since OpenAI has now allowed more than 1 feed per account, at lease in my case. But that can mostly be solved by OpenAIs internal filters, so 1 master feed plus internal filter = multiple different ads if wanted. Amazing Job Guys!!!
