Very good app. Works perfectly for our proteinpowder and sportsnutrition shop.
Thanks so much for the kind words! Wishing you and the shop lots of success with ChatGPT Ads!
Thank you for the review, and welcome aboard! Glad the feed is running smoothly for you.
Great support. Actually talked with a human that knows the app! Implemented a fix for my issue within a few days.
Good Support ! Good app
Thanks for taking the time. Glad it is working well for you. If you need anything, just email us.
Five stars all around! I had our OpenAI ads manager set up with this app in no time, and the first ads running just hours after OpenAI ads launched in Austria. Quick heads-up: The first products take a little while to be approved by OpenAI. This is no issue by the app.
Thank you for the great review! We’re glad you were able to get set up and start running ads so quickly.
YES! This app is amazing! It worked first shot, no mapping, no frustration. The filters/rules work great and give you full control. I used to use Product Sync Master but it's way over priced for the plans it offers and it took me many hours over 2 days to fully map out the connection correctly. Plus they don't output the file in the correct format so you can't really connect directly like this app does, you have to download and convert every time and yes it's slow. This is a vast improvement over any other app in the marketplace. The only improvement it needs is the chance to use multiple feeds since OpenAI has now allowed more than 1 feed per account, at lease in my case. But that can mostly be solved by OpenAIs internal filters, so 1 master feed plus internal filter = multiple different ads if wanted. Amazing Job Guys!!!
Thank you so much for this review, it genuinely made our day. It is exactly the experience we set out to build, so hearing it from a merchant who's fought through the alternatives means a lot. And thank you for the note on multiple feeds per account. We've heard this from a few merchants now and it's firmly on our radar as OpenAI expands what their side supports. In the meantime, glad the rules and filters are giving you the control you need from a single feed. If you ever need anything, write to us directly through the app's support email. We're a small team and we'll answer fast 😁
Good app, works really well and has features built specifically for OpenAI Ads. Support was super quick and helped me sort out a few questions I had.
Thanks for this! We built the app specifically around OpenAI Ads rather than bolting it onto a generic pixel tool, so it's rewarding to hear that shows. Happy we could clear up your questions quickly, don't hesitate to reach out again.
Super easy set up and straightforward to use. Plus great customer service. Best app for OpenAI product feeds
Great app for OpenAI Ads! In under 5 minutes I could see all my products in the Ads Manager.
Love hearing this. A fast, no-friction sync was the whole point, you shouldn't need a technical setup to get your catalog into Ads Manager. Thanks for giving it a try, and let us know if anything comes up.
