We needed to add an optional fee to our store and had some very specific requirements around how it should behave for customers. Vugar was incredibly responsive, understood exactly what we were trying to achieve, and helped us get everything working correctly. What impressed me most was the level of support. He was available almost immediately, answered all questions, made adjustments while we tested, and even helped with display issues after the main setup was completed. The app does exactly what we need, and the support has been outstanding. Highly recommended if you need flexible fee and surcharge options in Shopify.

We added this app to apply product fees in Shopify POS. When I ran into some issues going live with the new fees, Vugar was able to assist and figure out what the problem was so we could fix it. It was nice that someone was so readily available to help!

Vol goes beyond what is expected with support. I don't think they ever sleep! - Vugar ( the founder) seems to always be active on the chat - ready to help solve issues or answer questions! Very happy so far with the App which provides some functions that Shopify does not provide. App needs some minor tweaks - but we are working together to solve those. Highly recommend the App not only the product but even more for the support.

We are really pleased with this app and support. it gave us the ability to add bottle fees exactly where we needed them without making checkout confusing. On top of that, the support person was very professional.

Excellent App! Does exactly what I thought it would do. Highly recommended. Vugar is also superb in handling any queries you may have. Overall a 5 star app :) VOL Extra Fees was suggested to us by Shopify team, and now I know why they did that. I got a founder support, the process was easy to set up -they made it all for me, adjusted on POS, and on cart. The app helped me apply the right surcharge rules without needing extra workaround on storefront side. Thanks to Vugar. Recommending this app to anyone who wants to add fees or surcharges.

Great app, support and service. The app is easy to setup and their chat support is fantastic.Vugar provided outstanding support, and I am very happy with both the app and the developer. We had a bit of a complicated ask and a few setup questions at the beginning, and the he was incredibly quick to respond and help us get everything configured correctly. Our fee setup is a bit complex, but so far, the app is doing exactly what I need it to do. It has been working great, and I highly recommend this app!

One of the biggest reasons we moved was reliability. Our previous app would sometimes not apply fees, but VOL has been consistent across all orders so far - POS and draft order we used for B2B cusotmers.
