I had some trouble originally trying to integrate this app into my Shopify site, and was back and forth with support to get it set up, perfect, and working well on our theme. The customer service was wonderful. We contacted support, and they helped us add an automated sync so when we moved around collections manually, this would automatically sync four times a day in the app and not cause any issues.
