When this app is working, it works great - but when it's not working, it doesn't sync automatically, and when it does it sets all of our product settings back to default, so I have to log a ticket to have them sort it (which can take a few days). The app must be down at the moment because I can't even access it, subsequently some of our pages are taking actual minutes to load. Had to download another app to speed the website up just to be able to make sales still while we are looking for an alternative. It's rare this happens but when it does its a complete nightmare. EDIT: Have since spoken with Helen who has helped improve our experience and has been a big help. All issues seem to be sorted for now, fingers crossed it stays this way! EDIT (2 years later): Since speaking to Helen 2 years ago, this app has been working perfectly since. If I've had to log a support request for anything, it's resolved quickly and properly. Pleased we stuck with it - if you're having problems, log a ticket and they will help!
