Despite the time difference, Gravity Software is really easy to work with. They have been great helping us fix a compatibility issue with another app. It's easy to use and works great. No complaints.

The best app! There is no any good alternatives to it. The app works so smoothly, both on Desktop and Mobile. Like it so much! It worths the money.

AMAZING truly optimizes my store, helped me get rid of another cost ( video uploads) AND they BUILT a custom code for my store so the product would not conflict with my Merch I am trying to sell. 10 out of 10

It's a really good app! It works perfectly and it's easy to configurate. I need to say that the support also surprised me, by responding my emails and solving my problems immediatly.

This is my second App from Gravity Software, I've been very pleased with their service and ability to assist in getting things set up. I removed my previous Image App in favor of this one. This offers me more options for style, and I can add videos to my photo gallery for each product. This is also very mobile friendly.

The app works great. We primarily wanted it for the variant image assignment, but the gallery also really cleaned up the look on the site. One of the other great things it did is sped up our load speed. Previously Shopify would load ALL of the images for ALL of the variants, but this app doesn't cause the images to be loaded until the variant is selected. We have products that have roughly 15 different options, and each product has 5 images so we were having to load 75 images everytime... so we had slow site load. Now our site load has improved. The back end interface isn't the best, but I've been working with the team at Gravity and they've been very responsive already implementing some of my suggestions. Good developer, and worth the money IMO if you have variants.

I used this app to clean up all of my extra product images. Some products had a long tail that went down the page. This app easily helped me show all of the images I wanted, but not all at once. The custom images for each variant is going to be a longer project than I realized. The first few I tried were easy and look GREAT though (https://pandemoniumhats.com/products/buckle-scarf-fox-faux-fur?variant=37541353155). I was having issue with my taller thumbnails getting cut-off. I reached out and they were quick to implement a fix.

I have tried every app out there for variations and this one is the best. This app is very easy to use. It works flawlessly with my theme. The zoom functionality and slide show work great. You can also make your images a youtube or vimeo video by putting the embed code in the alt tag. I needed a new integration with spinzam and contacted the developer. Within in a day he added the new integration for me! Awesome APP! Awesome Support!

I like this app very much. I tried many versions of variant image selection apps. So far, this one is the only one that shows only selected variant images (even for two variant options) and loads them only for selected variants. Good for UX and page speed. Plus, Adam is very helpful for your custom front-end requests. Makes life easier

I installed this app a week ago and love how it gives the image layout a more professional structured look. I did have an issue that I notified the team about Adam was great he needed to edit some code to fix the issue and now the problem is no longer all this in less than 6 hours from lodging my ticket. It's reassuring there is great support like this available when needed.

Works very well even though the backend of the app is very old school. I had to reach out to their support for some minor tweaks and my issue was fixed quickly and efficiently.

Great app- did exactly what I wanted it to do and so flexible! I also love that you can choose the functionality just to work on mobile. I had a specific requirement that I needed (auto rotation of photos), and within a day after emailing customer service they had created and installed the functionality! Very impressed with the level of service.
