Inventory discrepancy between GeoStock and Shopify admin turned out to be a sync timing issue. Support explained that the widget caches stock data to reduce API calls and showed me how to adjust the cache interval. Tightened it to 5-minute syncs and the numbers now match within acceptable margins. The tradeoff between accuracy and performance was clearly explained.
