Utensio review for GeoStock ‑ Store Locator

Multi-timezone locations were using a single time zone for open/closed status. Support configured per-location time zones so our Pacific Coast stores show Pacific time and our East Coast stores show Eastern. The open/closed indicator is now accurate for every location regardless of the customer's own time zone.
