Contrary to many reviews here, the support we received was minimal and slow. We weren't able to get any customisation work done due to the development team being 'fully booked' for the foreseeable future. A pity as I think the app is otherwise pretty nifty. Nathan
Hi, Thanks for your review. I have built this app with it's specific features and have been offering it for over 2 years, adding new features by all feedback we get. Unfortunately some requests are really custom requests which is not a one size fits all solution and will require custom work which is also dependent on the specific theme you are using.. Since we are only a team of 4, working on adding new features to our apps and improving the overall experience we try to be clear to every customer with requests. If we can do it within 30 minutes we will always do it, but when it takes 3-4 hours of work minimum we need to plan for it and send a custom offer. we are always happy to brief any in house developers and offer support that way, to decrease your wait time.

App itself is fine. There is no support. Developers did not read my email and asked me to explain the problem again then took a month to reply to my email.

Started exploring this app late this evening, and I had a question around 00:30 and Thomas helped me till 01:30 in the night on a friday, and did exactly what I expected!!! What a service, and the app works great!

This is a great app backed with unreal support. I've made many additions and have been able to customise the appearance so it seamlessly integrates with our store. Thankyou for all the help! 10/10 would recommend

This is the app that I have been hunting for. Shows the stock numbers of my multiple physical stores and fully recommend if you also have offline stores too. This should be in MUST HAVE APP. AAA+++

NEW updated: Got troubles with other apps but this app's support is great in helping me resolve the issue. Very happy to continue using this app for over a year now. Absolutely essential app for businesses of multiple locations online and off. Great support and responsive.

Great app but fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the app working on mobile but within hours of my complaint, the issue was resolved!

Absolutely top notch customer support. After unsuccessfully dealing with countless apps this was a great relief. Something as simple as adding product inventories shouldn't have me pulling my hair out. Customer service with most apps is decent but this was over and beyond any I had dealt with before. I added the app, got into a little snag, clicked contact us, within a minute I was reached out to by the developer who told me they would handle it. Within a couple minutes the setup was done and I was even sent images of the end result to confirm it met my expectations. I was in need of slightly bigger text and "Yes no Problem" was the response, another minute went by and I was all setup ready to go. Sounds like I am being paid to say this actually maybe I will reach out for a little kick back but absolutely the best app experience I have had on Shopify. Developer well done and I wish you all the best.

Tom helped me to set this up and when I started to have conflicts with my theme later he was super quick to help me get this fixed. He identified the error and fixed it within minutes. Tom really does know his app!
