The app is very useful for us, especially during the sale season. Jena from the support team is always attentive and professional, and she assists with every technical issue or question. Though the app suffers from bugs quite often, Jena is always eager to solve them.
Thank you for taking the time to let us know of your experience with the latest software update. We are sorry to hear that some functions are not working anymore but we got your notice and we will for sure help you to deal with this properly. We understand your frustration and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We are always trying to find ways to make our users experience better, so this feedback is invaluable.
