I ran into a minor CSS conflict with my custom theme (which usually makes me dread reaching out to support), but I was lucky enough to get Sean. Honestly, Sean is a legend. He didn’t just send me a link to a generic FAQ page; he actually took the time to understand my specific layout issue and walked me through the fix in real-time. He was: Prompt: No waiting around for days for a ticket response. Knowledgeable: He clearly knows the backend of Shopify inside and out. Patient: He stayed on the chat until everything looked pixel-perfect.

I love all the features of this app, but above all else the support team is what makes this app special. They are very responsive and fix things super fast.

With the help of the support team, we installed the app in the development shop and were able to test it thoroughly. The support was very responsive and always able to assist us right away. Many thanks to Sean, Bean, and the other friendly contacts for their great support. The app was then moved to the staging environment, where the developers implemented all necessary adjustments quickly and free of charge. Now the app is live and running without any issues. The team truly deserves 5 stars. The app gets 4 stars from us. We would still need language control for the labels based on the shop language and not the customer’s IP address. Additionally, the priority logic only works to a limited extent when labels are meant to replace each other while being positioned in exactly the same spot. Once these improvements are implemented, the app will definitely deserve 5 stars.

Really satisfied with this app. Its simple to use, but still gives you a lot of flexibility to customize labels exactly how you want. Everything integrates smoothly without slowing down the store, which I really appreciate. Also great support. Quick, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever I needed it. It just works :)
