Absolutely Outstanding Support – Truly Impressive Team Deco Product Labels and Badges has been a fantastic addition to our store, but what really stood out was the incredible support from Rossie and Kieran. They were available immediately, dove into the issues with care, and even implemented fixes live while we were in touch. Their responsiveness, kindness, and hands-on approach made all the difference. Deco is super easy to set up and works seamlessly with my Shopify store. The interface is clean and intuitive, making customization really simple even without technical knowledge. What I appreciate most is their support system — quick responses and genuinely helpful guidance when needed. Definitely a reliable tool for elevating the online shopping experience!

Though they are still working with me/ they have responded quickly and are working to get my issue corrected/I am grateful that they are doing everything to help me rectify the situation. The staff is so very professional and kind/ a pleasure to work with!

I’m absolutely thrilled with this Shopify app! Not only does it work exactly as promised, but the support team truly goes above and beyond.
