I am using the free version right now to test out on my store. I had an issue with the badge not rendering correctly on the correct product and reached out to their online chat support. David jumped online - and promptly assisted and resolved my problem in under 5 minutes! Kudos to to PieLab team!

I was having an issue with the product label displaying in the editor on the collections page. I chatted in and connected with Hannah, who was able to resolve the issue quickly, and address all of my concerns. The service was excellent, efficient, and friendly. It was amazing to have someone available on chat right when I needed it!

DECO helped me extremely quickly via chat to solve an issue I had. Any time I need help they are very quick to assist me.
