We have a lot of different label and badge needs for our store as we have many products with different ratings, and from different countries etc. We had a little trouble having the labels show up on the product page but Julie with the support team was quickly able to help us! Their customer support is wonderful [Sam, Krystal] and we are very happy with the product.

I've had a fantastic experience with DECO Product Labels & Badges. The team is incredibly efficient, and their assistance is always speedy, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A special mention to Sam, who has been absolutely wonderful to work with, always helpful, professional, and quick to respond. The support I got from Rosie was far superior to any shopify app customer service. They helped me work though my problems and find a custom solution that they help me implement 10/10!! Don't waste your time with any other label app!

We are just getting started with the app. It's very user friendly and the team has been amazing. Support provided by Sam, Ainsley and Julie has all been great! They are quick to respond and so accommodating to any requests.
