I’ve tried several other badge apps before, but none of them worked quite right for me. DECO Labels & Badges worked perfectly from the start. I had a quick question about adjusting the size of the badges, and Felicie helped me right away. The badges look great, and the support is fast and very helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with the app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable badge solution.

I've come up with an issue due to the theme we use, and Felicie was very quick to escalate this to a team to make some changes for us. Really good service - I and been trying to sort it for 2 hours myself and 5 mins on the chat and they now have it in hand.
The app is very easy to use, and the support team responds quickly to any questions. A big plus is the wide variety of badges, which can be displayed based on many different conditions.
The customer support is awesome! Tracy was quick to solve my issue, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Love this app!

What I thought might be a complicated task ended up being completely pain-free thanks to her knowledge, patience, and efficiency. Everything was resolved quickly, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find.
