Good customer support. I got some problem for the app . Chat with customer services (Rossie) and she quickly responded in second and solve all my problems. It is at midnight. Great App and good Customer Services.

Have been using app's functionality for around the year now, it works perfectly fine almost every time, sometimes we have little issues with how labels displayed but support team very prompt and so fur has been able to solve everything in a mutter or 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

Their customer service and dev team (my support (Sam) & our dev (Duke)) was so patient responsive and and helpful. I recommend this app. It does require a bit of experience with web development, but not developer level. Their developers were able to log into my account as collaborators and repair any bugs we had. I recommend them for a very novice small business operator which is what we are. Thank you!

The app is easy to navigate and to set up. Gives a lot of possibilities to customize the look and placement of labels. Customer support is pretty quick and very helpful

Great working app, works better for SEO than other options. And if you'd ever need help, Rossie will be there more than happy to help with any issues you run into. Will never switch back to another app :)

Had an issue with the labels not showing. After speaking to Rossie, they were able to identify the issue was due to some coding and fix it while we were still chatting... Excellent service. It's such a handy and easy to use app. Made my life much easier!

Labels were not showing properly and I reached out to Rossie. 5 minutes later everything was fixed and they were really kind. Loving working with such a great support fixing problems in a matter of a few minutes
