Jane has been incredibly accommodating, patient, and helpful, never giving up until the issues were fully resolved. The tech team has also been very supportive in implementing features based on what we truly wanted to see on our website—especially the badges which have been a great addition and really help build confidence with our customers. Special thanks as well to Tina for her assistance in the later stages.

Love having a customer service represenative in live chat, Ivy was a great help! I had a small issue with one of their labels and they solved it within 5 minutes, and they stayed attentive during the chat. Couldn't ask for btter customer service. Plus! Their app is easy to use, and i am able to apply so many different badges/labels to my products using different customizations.

This DECO app is a great addition to our store. The app does exactly what it says, and their customer service is truly excellent. The support team, Rossie and Hannah, are responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to create the banners I needed and make sure everything is set up correctly and running smoothly. Super impressed.

I was working on this last minute at 1am in the morning, and the last app i used a few years ago was so complicated.... but this is an absolute breeze - so intuitive, and Hannah and the support team are amazing... good work team!!!!

Great app and easy to use. I needed some support with customization, and not only did I get a response right away, but Rossie implemented the changes within a few minutes, and offered to audit on different devices to make sure everything was functioning correctly.

Felecie was prompt with fixing a small issue with the label display. The team was very fast with resolving the issue in under 10 minutes. I love the variety of choices & tailoring that this app offers.
