Doesn't seem to be any support during EU business hours. Simple problems can take a few days to get resolved because of the time difference.. Updated 9th March 2023: The new version of the app is much better and reliability is great. Support requests also answered quickly.
We are sorry for the late response due to the different timezone we have. 🙁 We tried to solve the issue as fast as we could. About your other request, we could not set it because it will affect our whole codings. We hope you sympathize.

Prompt, helpful support, but I've had to ask they to help push through our tags every time we add a new tag.

It is a very easy-to-use interface, and the support team is always available to assist. For instance, we had issues with the layout of our labels on the web design, and the support team instantly resolved it. Bravo, keep it up!

Very content with the Product Labels app and if you need help, they have an extremely competent and serviceminded support team.

Customer support = 0. I've sent tons of emails to ask for help because some labels do not appear, no answer.

super easy app to use. Even when the label was not positioned in a way that I wanted on my page, the tech support team was super responsive and quickly made the adjustment for us. Will definitely continue using the service!

We use this app for our sale banners. There have been a few issues with conflicts between our store theme and this app, but their support team was fast in fixing it.

Didn't work on the Impulse template at first, emailed the developper and he/she fixed it. Works as advertised now.

Very useful app to highlight promotions, pre-orders and sales with product labels. Required some assistance with the label display and it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently.
