Had a small dev issue and chatted with Rossie from customer support. It was fixed super fast, I'm very happy with the app and the service.

App took bit of configuring in the beginning, but Rossie from customer support was very quick to sort out all of them. Very good customer support! App seems to do all it promises.

I was able to create a label for my 'coming soon' products very quickly. Its very easy to follow and just took a few minutes to set up. I did run into the issue of text not displaying correctly on mobile. I reached out to support team and Rossie was so helpful. She fixed my issue within minutes and my website on computer & mobile is showing the label exactly as i wanted. Loving the app so far!

Rossie from DECO team was super supportive and super fast in fixing the issues with technical team. I believe max 15 mins they fixed the issue reported to make it inline on my theme. I admit I am only using the free version, so am limited to applying two labels to products and categories, but it has helped my products stand out. The app has recently had an update and so I was having issues applying labels to new products. I contacted customer service and Rossie helped update the code and got things moving again. Second time I've dealt with their customer service and both times has been a pleasure. Highly recommended!
