Very content with the Product Labels app and if you need help, they have an extremely competent and serviceminded support team.

Functionality of the app is good. I did require some assistance from their team and once support got back to me they were responsive and helpful.

Customer support = 0. I've sent tons of emails to ask for help because some labels do not appear, no answer.
We are sorry for this unhappy experience and thank you for reminding us because somehow we haven't received the notification of your given access. super easy app to use. Even when the label was not positioned in a way that I wanted on my page, the tech support team was super responsive and quickly made the adjustment for us. Will definitely continue using the service!

We use this app for our sale banners. There have been a few issues with conflicts between our store theme and this app, but their support team was fast in fixing it.

Didn't work on the Impulse template at first, emailed the developper and he/she fixed it. Works as advertised now.

Very useful app to highlight promotions, pre-orders and sales with product labels. Required some assistance with the label display and it was dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

Great app but I have noticed that all labels no longer display on the product pages. They display on all collections fine. I have emailed [email protected] and also contacted multiple times via the Support tab in the app itself but I have had no reply. UPDATE: The labels are now displaying again on the product pages.

Hello, we just realized that the app is trying to charge us by 69.99 USD, price that is quite expensive than the showed price in the app store, we are trying to figure out why the app is trying to charge that amount and also will be nice if you have a place where we can handle a ticket - support to talk about this, thanks!

How do I cancel the subscription so that no charge is generated? I think that we should not say that there is a free plan.
Thank for your feed back. Once you confirmed charge you can cancel subscription by remove the app. We offer a free plan and you can see the detail of this plan in product description. That is just free for shops which have less 10 products. Thank you so much

The app worked perfectly on the PDP right away. It wasn't working on my Collection pages however so I contacted Support and they got back to me very quickly and fixed the issue. Works great now.
