We’ve had a great experience with their support team. They help us customize everything we needed and made sure everything was set up right. They were always available to answer any questions or solve any issues we had. They had a solution for anything we asked. Overall, their team was fantastic, professional and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend this app!

the app is very friendly and has a lot of options inside. Fully customizable and the support is amazing... they have live chat and fix your problems and requests very fast.

The support has since contacted me about the issues I had with their sudden lack of communication and has been extremely helpful and responsive. They explained that they had a holiday along with a weekend. I hope they can send an auto-reply email next time so people don't think they disappeared. The app is extremely powerful in terms of customization and features. It is a little difficult to set up if you have a complex form that requires calculations and lookup tables, but that is what makes the app so great. They are very helpful in helping get set up. I'm still in the process of finishing my site, but they helped me get 95% working. I just need to do more work on my end and figure out the last 5%. Great app for the amount it can do and for the price.

Great customer service and does what it sets out to do. This allows me to get rid of some of the custom coding for custom fields on the site. The POS addon is in beta and still needs a bit of polish, but they're responsive and I expect it to get better every release.

I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a user-friendly, economic-friendly and customer care friendly app to manage their product options on Shopify. I am new to Shopify, and I used to build websites only on Wix. With Shopify, I tried many other Product Options app and all of them were maximum complicated. Kudos to the team behind the app

The app is great, tons of configurations. We needed to base a price on a super complex formula and this app, after a few lessons of algebra and simple coding, we made it work. Looks great and seamless with Prestigue. Tried like 8 similar apps before and none could do it like Aco. Pricing is fair.

The app is amazing and the support team is beyond exceptional. Took me about 3 months or testing different apps and trying to hire shopify experts to create the custom products I needed. Nothing as working and I wad about to give up until I found this app. This app has everything I needed and the support team helped me out the whole time! Wow I love this app and the team.
