The whole team has been very accomodating since we integrated to Shopify, they always find a solution. Deepa especially today has resolved something troubling us for some time now, that even custom developers outside of this app were not able to help with. I have also since received additional support from the product manager of the app, who kindly provided assistance from developers on custom code very generously, again solving an issue that was causing us a lot of headache.
