We have been using this app ever since we launched our Shopify store. It has proven to be of immense help. We recently had an issue with conflicting CSS code and their techs dived into the matter and patched it up for us very quickly. We are very pleased with both the app capabilities and the support

I had a small backend issue and Adis helped me resolve it right away in just a few minutes. We have been using Hulk Product Options since we started with Shopify a few years ago, and it helped us earn much more with add-ons! This app is so worth it!

I needed some help integrating this app into my Shopify, so I sent in my questions on the "ticket system". Someone responded to me within an hour and they had a solution for me shortly after! Great customer service which makes me confident using this app for my business!

While setting up my Shopify store I had a LOT of issues, mostly from not understanding or being technically savvy. After deleting the entire store and starting over, I realized I had learned a lot and was able to get my store on-line because I needed the "Product Options" (there was just so much to learn to be able to get everything set up properly!). Now that I'm "live" with my store, today I came across an issue where one of the product options wasn't charged to the customer. So I came back into Hulk Apps - Product Options and honestly couldn't figure it out. When I was communicating with Lina, the answer was known in about two minutes and fixed within just another couple minutes. Most appreciated that this didn't take hours to resolve or multiple attempts. Excellent job Lina!!
