haris is very patient to reslove my issue. take hours to do. Really appreciated. However ,this app can to support the automatic discount from Shopify, do you think it is worth for $20 per month ??

An absolutely horrendous experience. I’ve spent about a week talking to a dozen CS people only to eventually say that what I needed was not possible. I had multiple emails saying that my “issues” were fixed and when I went to test it was wrong, or they made it worse by doubling the price. An awful app with no instructions on how to set up and no online videos. Save your time and don’t download, it’s that bad. Also it does not work with shop pay. You cannot see ANY options your customers purchase!!!! Everything about this is terrible.

DO NOT INSTALL - this app has put code everywhere all over my store and when i uninstalled as left code everywhere and BROKE the main shop. There are no instructions to install and even less to uninstall this has cost me £1000's in lost sale and emergency developer help to uninstall all the code that needed cleaning up

Junks out your theme when you uninstall. left templates + sections _ snippets + left the hulk code in theme.liquid. Required a lot of cleanup after uninstall. Developer shouldn't be so sloppy with their code when uninstalling.

UPDATE: 02.26.24 Choose a different app, or find a different way. I am going on my third month with Hulk Apps, and have been nothing but a nightmare. They do not read your requirements nor what you will accomplish, and if they do, they knee-jerk piecemeal development and custom code. There is no shared communication with any team, as only 1 person knows my site and has been away, so no one was able to move the project forward or even answer my questions. They are not able to provide any ETA on how long things will take and get a canned response that we are working on this as fast as possible. After sending in my 80th email with the same requirements, I was told today it would work 100%. I totally did not expect it to work; I was 100% correct; The original requirement still is not working, that is, to track my inventory. It is not unlimited either, as I had a second product that had multiple items, and it was beyond what they could do. STAY AWAY!! UPDATE: After working with Amit and understanding the needs of my business and how things needed to be laid out, he was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for. Happy to have found this APP and get my store up and running. --- If I could put no starts, it would be how I rate this app. I have asked the same questions 5 times to support and still getting no answer, except a canned answer. I now got a Furthermore, with regard to the product you have shared with us, we will need to check with our team to see if it is possible to meet the requirements you have provided. But no follow-up; just let us know if we can help you again.

TERRIBLE!! CANCELLED THE TRIAL AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANYWAY. THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME 49.99. THE APP IS ONLY 10. DON'T USE THIS APP ITS HORRIBLE

1. pricey. they stared with basic package for FREE! (completely 0) now they increase basic to USD 10. 2. add-on products (that have charges) will cost your customer NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER DISCOUNT CODE. I think they know that they are FULLY AWARE OF THIS FEATURE is just that they NEVER FIX THIS UP because they want you to get another app (bold product option) that cost you for USD 50, only for you to be able to charge while still be able to add discount code. 3. Customer Service is blatantly slow. too generalising problems. still there are QUITE A FEW similar apps that is FREE. PLS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This app does not work with Google Pay or Shop Pay. If your clients pay with either of those methods then the app will not work. Brought issue up many times to Support team but not addressed. Not worth it for us to keep this app given it brings more issues than anything else.

Hulk Product Options sounded really great in the beginning. However, multiple orders are coming in that are not being charged for their add ons. They keep saying it is a different app that is conflicting with their app or that they fixed it but more and more orders keep coming in without the additional charge. They say their app works with the express checkouts but it seems to be an issue with shop pay and google pay. Recently we had an order come in that didn't work and they used a credit card for payment. We have made fields mandatory and some orders are coming through without all the fields even filled in. For some reason they have been unable to identify or fix the problem which makes the app worthless. I just wanted it to work.

I was disappointed with this app as after installation, it significantly slowed down my store's performance. Despite uninstalling the app, I encountered errors that I believe were caused by it. I would not recommend this app due to its negative impact on my store's functioning.

WARNING this app does not work with shopify discounts. I lost a lot of sales due to this plug in not working with shopify in any shape or form. I talked to Hulk customer service and their was nothing that could be done to make it compatible with my site unfortunately

This app is total and utter garbage. The app has been causing a serious checkout issue for our store since October 17th and they have done nothing to fix it. This app can single handedly destroy your website and the support does not care. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy.

This app is garbage. I spent a very long time setting up my page as we need to collect details for personalized items. I noticed that for the last few orders the personalized messages from customers were not showing up. We had to contact them and ask. WELL, I reach out to customer support and they tell me that if the customer checks out using the cart page or the product page (buy now button) then it won't work. Their suggestion? Remove those options. I'm now in the process of switching our system, which is a long process for us. If I could give them less than a star I would. This app is totally underdeveloped and a waste at 18.99/month. Would NEVER recommend, look elsewhere.

Terrible support. Hulk has several setup help documents that are out of date (confirmed by their chat support) but when I asked for updated information, especially in terms of manual installation, their chat support evaded the question and gaslighted me.

The Hulk app began causing interference for other apps on our store. We found through those apps developers that they needed to just change something simply. It took one week of getting the runaround, and us having the other app teams developers call them to get the matter resolved! Terrible customer service, and every time we needed an update they were less than helpful.

After uninstalling they are not willing to help with shop. I had to hire external shopify developer to uninstall app completely. IT IS BUGGING MY SHOP. they are ignoring me all the time. EDIT. No you did not contected me, liars :)
