Terrible app, super slow support. Guys if you do not want to pause your shop for a week, never use it! My issue was that they made a mistake in coding and now its 8th day, but they still can not fix it and no one can add products to the cart in my online story. Does it really takes that long to fix a small issue. The one thing they are good at is creating a tickets and taking their time. AVOID !
Hi there, We are sorry for the issues were facing. Our app support is free and our app has a Free version and sometimes we get an influx of support tickets that we try to resolve as soon as we can. This app does require a specific installation process and sometimes issues arise during the code implementation process that could cause issues. We are sorry for the issues and hope you'll hear out our manager that will be contacting you in hopes to amend the issue you were having.
