I needed help installing it and making personalization boxes. I contacted the team and they helped me right away. So far is working great, thank you!! Update: I needed help updating the personalization box on all my products and contacted customer service, they were a great help and loved that they followed up to make sure my issue was fixed. Thanks again!!
