Ich bin wirklich begeistert von dieser App. Für meine Anforderungen ist sie genau das, wonach ich gesucht habe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundensupport, der wirklich außergewöhnlich gut ist. Meine Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und auf meine Anliegen wurde direkt, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. So einen hilfsbereiten Support erlebt man leider nicht überall. Die App selbst erleichtert die Personalisierung von Produkten in meinem Shop enorm. Viele Dinge, die vorher deutlich komplizierter oder zeitaufwendiger waren, lassen sich damit wesentlich einfacher und professioneller umsetzen. Der Funktionsumfang hat meine Erwartungen dabei deutlich übertroffen. Ich habe mich deshalb auch direkt für die Growth-Variante entschieden. Dort finde ich tatsächlich alles, was ich für meinen Shop und die individuelle Produktgestaltung benötige.
