Priyanka was very thorough job of explaining each feature so that I now have a good idea of where to start and how to proceed when setting up my products for my customers to personalize. She did a great job and assured me of being there when needed. I look forward to using this app!

I had a little trouble getting this how I wanted but the chat app was brilliant, sorted it all out in a couple of mins (it was just because I hadn't learnt to use it properly!!) Thanks Priyanka:)

Easy to use, if you're stuck too, just use the chat bot, jay was very happy to help and even was willing to do it himself which was very kind of him, honestly i couldnt reccomend using this app especially if you want an easy and fast implementation of a product personalisation option for your website
