i reached out about the app not working, no response.
The app was working, and then I realised it was no longer working and I have no idea why - can't even get into the app anymore as it won't even load. Tried multiple browsers. Emailed support but no answer, so I also had to uninstall it! Would appreciate some compensation for this, as now I am out of pocket. Didn't want to leave a bad review, but have been left with no other option of communication.
Updated: June 26th. The issue with the application has been fixed, and it is working well again. I had support reach out to us regarding the known issue with the application, which caused the issue. Thank you ____________________________________________ App worked great! But last week app stopped working, I raised an email ticket with support, but didn't hear back from them. Unfortunately had to uninstall it as I am not sure what caused the app to stop working, and without any updates, I had no option to uninstall it. Looking forward for assistance on the same

You can also insert above or below Add to Cart button. I'm on Shopify Plus using a 2.0 template. So, it didn't work for me.

Never gotten so much help from support ever. Their app is really simple and easy to use. Zel helped me with everything i needed. I will reccomend to everyone! Really worth my time.
Zel went above and beyond to figure out exactly what I needed. Definitely the best customer service I've had in a while! She even went as far as finding other apps for me that suited my store. She was super helpful and friendly, she sent me screenshots step by step to insure I knew how to operate the app on my own. I would 100% recommend using this app! If you are unsure how to set it up, Zel is amazing at making sure you're taken care of!
