It is not just the best app, but the best team also! We have some problems due to our customized theme and these people manage to fix everything super fast. They are all absolutely the best, we still cannot believe how this is a free app. Thank you app. Thank you team!

The best reviews app so far! It's really hard to find a free app that lets you publish unlimited reviews (with pictures) and at the same time look aesthetically well designed, let alone the great customer service. We had a technical issue with the code and they were patient enough to fix it, very helpful and friendly customer service. Recommended!

I am using the app on two different stores and I am really pleased with their customer service. I was having trouble uploading my review and they helped me with that as well.

Just recently acquired the app. The installation was simple, however, the layout did not fit my theme perfectly. To resolve these small issues I sent a query to the service team. Within a day (taking into account the time difference between Germany and US) the service team helped and fixed the all issues. Thanks!

In addition to having an application that helps enormously, the team behind this work is simply efficient. I had had a problem using it and within an hour the team solved my problem. I highly recommend them, plus the application is completely free and the customer service is excellent, what more could you ask for?

I tried a self install on this that went ok, but still had issues. I emailed the team at Enorm and they responded IMMEDIATELY and fixed my issue in under 5 hours! That's CRUCIAL in business and I appreciate their help! I definitely recommend this app AND them!

I downloaded this a while ago and thought there were a few hiccups but ignored them. I emailed today querying why there were stars underneath my product name that weren't doing anything. They replied so quickly, stating that it was another review app i had previously downloaded and uninstalled that had cheekily imbedded themselves in my code. I found their code and deleted it, and now i'm so chuffed with this app and the quick reply. Definitely recommend, thank you.

I am totally shook by the customer service offered through this app. I submitted a request to change something on the review settings, thinking that they might get back to me in a few days and that the change may not even be possible. 10 minutes later I get a CALL from New York saying they have made the change to my settings!! Honestly I was blown away by the customer service. Seriously amazing job guys.

Absolutely amazing app. It has everything I want in a review app for my store! Really looking forward to see how it progresses in the future. Update: I asked whether they were able to add a function to the reviews and they got back to me AND got it done in the same day in just a few hours! Absolutely blown away by their customer service and will definitely continue to support them in the future! Really good experience and highly recommend!
