I haven't had the chance to use it much but the customer service has been wonderful. They actually installed it for me right away and answered my questions very quickly. I was very impressed. Thank you Enorm!!!

Best reviews app I have tried so far! Very easy to setup and configure. Almost every aspect is customization to your sites style and the ease of adding reviews is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I downloaded this a while ago and thought there were a few hiccups but ignored them. I emailed today querying why there were stars underneath my product name that weren't doing anything. They replied so quickly, stating that it was another review app i had previously downloaded and uninstalled that had cheekily imbedded themselves in my code. I found their code and deleted it, and now i'm so chuffed with this app and the quick reply. Definitely recommend, thank you.

I am totally shook by the customer service offered through this app. I submitted a request to change something on the review settings, thinking that they might get back to me in a few days and that the change may not even be possible. 10 minutes later I get a CALL from New York saying they have made the change to my settings!! Honestly I was blown away by the customer service. Seriously amazing job guys.

Absolutely amazing app. It has everything I want in a review app for my store! Really looking forward to see how it progresses in the future. Update: I asked whether they were able to add a function to the reviews and they got back to me AND got it done in the same day in just a few hours! Absolutely blown away by their customer service and will definitely continue to support them in the future! Really good experience and highly recommend!

Great support and this app solved my problems. Amazing also that it´s free of charge. An import from Amazon reviews would be great to have tho.

This is a very great app. Also let's the use of images. Even if you have problem with integration, they help you and do it for you. Just contact them. It only takes about a day. Rating this 5/5

Used this app to get more customer involvement in our store and works great! Customers are able to upload pictures of our products and we are also able to verify the customers on our end that they have bought our products after they post the review. Also, we had trouble with how this app worked on our website and Enorm had great customer service! They fixed the coding error in just minutes! Would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank you Enorm!

We recently downloaded the app and had a small issue with placement of the reviews feature. We reached out to Enorm's customer support and received a super fast response and remedy to our issue. Very impressed with their service so far.

I had an issue with my add to cart button. Come to find out that I somehow overlapped the coding for my add to cart with the coding for my reviews. They diagnosed and solved the problem with 10 mins. They were on top of the issue. Their support team is superb.
