This is a great app. It is just what I was looking for, and at a great price point. Very user-friendly, and the customer service is great.

App works great and comes at a great price! Customer support immediately helped me install and I loved that I could import my previous reviews from the Shopify app super easily. I really needed a review system that could upload photos. Thanks again!

Downloading this app 100% made my night. I was hunting for an app that allowed customers to upload pictures. I wanted something simple that wasn't crazy expensive. Enorm does the job perfectly. I at first did not choose this app, I chose a more popular app with more reviews. That first app I chose had the worst customer service ever and I was so frustrated that I deleted it and went to Enorm. I am SO happy I did because the support on this app is FANTASTIC. As soon as I downloaded the app, there is an option to get support setup. VJ chatted with me over the computer and even called me over the phone to help setup my review system and explain the app. After helping me setup, which was seamless, he walked me through all the features the app currently has and also told me updates that are coming along the way. VJ is so nice, helpful, and responsive. I can tell he is very hardworking. I cannot tell you how relieved I am that I found a good photo review app. I absolutely would recommend.

The app is amazing, and the customer support team ROCKS! I failed to recode it properly, but they called me before I actually called them, AND fixed the issue.

Incredible customer service. I needed help with pasting the code and they had it up and running within an hour of my request! These guys are the greatest, only wish some of the other companies I use were half as good as Enorm.

Update: 8/7/23 I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to a paid plan. I found it difficult to ask for a review from my customers but the paid plan will do it for me automatically. It's very affordable for my small business I am very happy with it. Original Review: 2020 I've struggled with review apps for more than a year now. I tried all kinds and was eventually told that what I wanted in a review app was not available. All my products are handmade and one of a kind so I needed a review app that just let people leave reviews for my store not certain products and this did it. I am thinking about upgrading since I like those features too just need to have a few more sales first. Overall very happy and excited with this app it just what I needed.
